INGREDIENTS:

  1. Besan (gram flour) - 1 cup
  2. Sugar - 3/4 cup
  3. Crushed cardamom - 2
  4. Shredded Almond - as needed
  5. Ghee - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Grind sugar, cardamom in a mixer and powder them.
  2. Roast besan (gram flour) in medium heat and keep it aside.
  3. In a bowl roasted besan, powdered sugar, shredded almonds and mix well.
  4. Melted ghee and add to besan (gram flour) as needed and make small balls (ladoo) and serve.
