Quick and easy healthy urundai make with aval. Let see how to cook it.

INGREDIENTS:
- Aval (red) - 2 cup
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Cardamom - 2 count
- Ghee - 2 to 4 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Cashew nut - 10 to 12.
PREPARATION:
- Clean the aval from impurities like dust and rocks.
- In pan dry roast the aval for 1 minute .
- In mixer add sugar, cardamom and grind to powder then add roasted aval and grind to powder.
- Roast the cashew nuts in ghee and add to the powdered aval.
- Now ghee as needed and make urundai and serve. NOTE: if you don't want to add too much ghee you can make urundai with milk. only drawback is if you make with milk you have to eat by 1 or 2 days.
NOTES:
- Cooking Time: 5 minutes
- You can substitute sugar with brown sugar or coconut sugar.
