INGREDIENTS:
- Amaranth greens- 1 bunch
- Tomato - 2
- Mustard seed - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Dry chili - 2
- Salt - as needed
- Oil - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
PREPARATION:
- Boil amaranth greens, tomato with 1/2 cup of water. you can use idli cooker or pressure cooker.
- Mash the greens and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, dry chili. Once the mustard seeds stop splattering add to the boiled amaranth greens.
- Now cook the amaranth greens, salt as needed for 2 more minutes and serve.
NOTES:
- Good to go with rice.
