INGREDIENTS:
- -- Any vegetable below --
- Chopped Brinjal - 200 grams OR
- Chopped Bottle gourd - 200 grams OR
- Chopped Green bean - 200 grams OR
- Chopped Snake gourd - 200 grams OR
- Chopped Broad bean - 200 grams OR
- Chopped Pumpkin - 200 grams OR
- Chopped Cluster bean - 200 grams
- Cooked Split bengal gram - 100 grams
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Shredded coconut - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Arachuvitta sambar powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.) or as needed
- -- For Tempering --
- Oil - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Mustard seed - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Split black gram - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Curry leaf - 5
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Cook the vegetable by adding salt and turmeric powder. Once the vegetable is cooked add the cooked bengal gram.
- Now add Arachuvitta Sambar Powder and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Now add the shredded coconut and cook for 1 minutes and remove from stove.
- In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, black gram, curry leaves. Once the mustard seeds stop splattering add the cooked vegetable mix well and serve.
