INGREDIENTS:
- Nendran banana - 2
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Ghee - 1/4 cup
- Cardamom powder - a pinch
PREPARATION:
- Cut banana into a big pieces and steam cook them. Cool the cooked banana to room temperature. Now in a blender grind them to smooth puree.
- In a non stick pan heat the banana puree and cook for 5 minutes without placing your hands.
- Now add sugar, cardamom powder and continue cooking by stirring time to time for couple of minutes.
- Now add ghee and cook until they become thick and don't stick to the pan.
- Now transfer this to a ghee coated plate and cut them to your shapes and serve.
NOTES:
- You can use regular banana as well. Don't steam and cook the banana.
- Adjust the ghee and sugar based on your personal preference.
