INGREDIENTS:
- Boiled eggs - 6
- Ground goat or lamb meat - 150 grams
- Potato - 4
- Coriander leaves - 1 small bunch
- Finely chopped green chili - 6
- Beaten eggs - 2
- Bread crumbs - as needed (1/2 cup)
- Salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
- Skin the potato, boil and mash them.
- Cook the ground goat or lamb meat by adding salt as needed with little water as possible.
- Mix goat or lamb meat, mashed potato, coriander leaves, green chili, salt to taste. Make 5 to 6 balls with the meat and flatten them.
- Place the boiled egg in the middle of flatten meat and roll them. i.e. meat should cover the eggs.
- Dip the meat in the beaten egg, then coat them with bread crumbs.
- In a deep fryer heat oil to 350 degree Fahrenheit and deep fry them until they turn golden brown.
- You can serve whole or cut them into two.
NOTES:
- Keep the oil Temperature close to 350 degree Fahrenheit. You can fry them in batches so the oil does not cool fast
