INGREDIENTS:
- Egg - 3
- Finely chopped onion - 1
- Finely chopped tomato - 2
- Finely chopped green chili - 2
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Oil - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Salt - to taste.
PREPARATION:
- In a bowl break the eggs, add black pepper powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste and beat the eggs well.
- In pan heat oil, add the onion and cook until it turns golden brown. Now add green chili and cook until it cooked.
- Now add the tomato and cook until oil separates.
- Now add the beaten egg. Cook the egg stirring continuously in low heat until the egg is done and serve.
NOTES:
- Egg should look like kind of pop corn.
- Stirring continuously will break the egg into pieces.
