INGREDIENTS:

  1. -- For making fried paneer balls --
    1. Paneer - 150 grams
    2. Maida flour - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
    3. Salt - for tastes
  2. -- For Fried Egg --
    1. Boiled egg - 3
    2. Maida flour - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
    3. Salt - for tastes
  3. -- For Gravy --
    1. Yogurt (curd) - 50 grams
    2. Crushed cashew - 25 grams
    3. Dried coconut - 25 grams (chopped into pieces)
    4. Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
    5. Chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
    6. Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
    7. Sugar (optional) - as needed
    8. Raisin - 10 grams
    9. Oil - as needed
    10. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. -- Frying Paneer --
    1. Mix paneer well. Now add maida flour, salt and mix well.
    2. Now make small balls with paneer.
    3. Flatten the paneer balls.
    4. Deep fry the balls to golden brown.
  2. -- Frying egg --
    1. Cut the boiled eggs to 2 vertical part.
    2. Add water, salt to maida flour and make a batter as you do for making bhajji.
    3. Dip the egg half's in the maida flour and deep fry them to golden brown.
  3. -- Making the Dish --
    1. Heat oil in a pan. Now add chili powder, turmeric powder and sauté until the raw smell is gone. NOTE: make sure you don't burn it.
    2. Now add yogurt, cashew nuts, coconut, raisins, salt, sugar. If required add little water and bring to boil. Once boiled really well add the fried egg, fried paneer. Sauté for few minutes and remove this from stove.
    3. Now sprinkle the garam masala and sever with fried rice.
