INGREDIENTS:
- Cooked rice - 1 cup
- Chopped Capsicum - 1/4
- Chopped Onion - 1/4
- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Cooked corn - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Tomato sauce - 4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Egg - 2
- Salt - as needed
- Oil - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
PREPARATION:
- Heat oil in a pan. Now add onion, capsicum and sauté until the onion is translucent (golden brown).
- Now add the cooked rice, black pepper and sauté well.
- Now add the tomato sauce and mix well.
- Now add corn. Mix well and remove from heat (stove)
- Beat eggs and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a skillet. Now pour the egg and cook for 2 minutes.
- Now place the fried rice in the middle of the omelet. Pull edges of the omelet to the center and cover the rice.
- Now transfer the fried stuff omelet to a place and serve with tomato sauce.
NOTES:
- Its called Omurice (オムライス) in Japanese
- Serves 1 person
