INGREDIENTS:

  1. Ground or Minced meat - 250 grams
  2. Hard boiled Egg - 12
  3. Finely Chopped onion - 1
  4. Chopped potato into small cubes - 1
  5. Chopped green chili - 3
  6. Chopped garlic - 4 cloves
  7. Chopped tomato - 1
  8. Desiccated coconut - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  9. Chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  10. Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  11. Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  12. Vinegar - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  13. Oil - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  14. Salt - as needed
  15. ------------------------------------
  16. - To Serve with stuffed eggs -
  17. -----------------------------------
  18. Salad greens - a bunch
  19. Vertically Sliced cucumber into 4 pieces - 1
  20. Shredded carrot - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  21. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Wash the ground or Minced meat remove as mush moisture as you can. In a bowl add ground or Minced meat, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, vinegar and mix well.
  2. In a pan heat oil. add chopped onion and sauté until they become translucent (golden brown). Now add chopped green chili, garlic, tomato and sauté until the tomato turns mushy and oil starts to separate.
  3. Now add the minced meat, potato cubes, coconut, salt and in low flame slowly cook it with out adding any water until the meat is cooked and oil separates. Once cooked remove from heat.
  4. Remove the shell from the hard boiled eggs. Cut horizontal on the top like a cap and remove the yoke gently without breaking the egg white.
  5. Now stuff the egg with the cooked meat (where the yoke is removed) as needed and place the sliced egg cap and cover it.
  6. In a round plate. Arrange the stuffed eggs in the center and Place the salad green, carrot, cucumber around them. Sprinkle little black pepper on the salad and serve eggs hot.

NOTES:

  1. Serve egg hot for good result.
  2. You can also serve the egg without salad.
