INGREDIENTS:
- Wheat flour - 3/4 cup
- Maida flour - 1/4 cup
- Egg - 2
- Shredded carrot - 1
- Finely chopped onion - 1
- Finely chopped capsicum - 1/2
- Finely chopped coriander leaf - little
- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Oil - as needed
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- In a bowl add wheat flour, Maida four, water as needed and make a soft dough.
- In a bowl break the eggs. Add carrot, capsicum, coriander leaves, cumin powder, chili power, salt as needed. Beat all this together.
- Make big balls out the dough. Now flatten them. Now place egg mixture and spread. Fold the corners of the dough to inwards and seal the mixture. NOTE: this will look flat and square.
- Heat iron skillet and grease with oil. Place the raw parotta and sprinkle oil around it. Cook parotta both side until the parotta is cooked then serve.
