INGREDIENTS:
- Boiled Egg - 2
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Fennel seed powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chopped curry leaves - little
- Oil - to fry.
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Make a thick paste (masala) by adding water to ingredients turmeric powder, chili powder, fennel seed powder, salt.
- Slice the egg into 2 halves. Now rub the paste gently until the eggs are well coated. and keep them aside.
- Now heat little oil in skillet (like you do for fish fry). Now place the eggs york side and cook for 2 minutes then flip over and cook for 1 to 2 minutes then severe by garnishing with curry leaves.
NOTES:
- Goes well with rice.
