INGREDIENTS:
- Cooked chapatti - 6
- Egg - 1
- Finely chopped spring onion - 1/4 cup
- Finely chopped green chili - 2
- Shredded carrot - 1/4 cup
- Shredded radish - 1/4 cup
- Finely chopped green beans - 1/4 cup
- Finely chopped Tomato - 1/2
- Chicken masala powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Cumin seed - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 4 teaspoon (tsp.)
PREPARATION:
- Break the chapatti into small pieces.
- Heat 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.) of oil. add green beans and cook for 2 minutes and keep it aside.
- Now heat rest of the oil in the same pan then add cumin seed; once the cumin seed stop splattering add onion, spring onion, green chili and sauté until onion turns golden brown.
- Now add carrot, radish, sautéed green beans and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Now add the tomato and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now add the chicken masala powder, 4 tablespoon (tbsp.) water, chapatti pieces and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now break the egg and add to the cooking chapatti pieces and sauté until the egg is cooked.
- Now add black pepper powder, coriander leaves; sauté for a minute or so and then serve.
NOTES:
- You can add cabbage, capsicum if you like.
