INGREDIENTS:
- Shrimp - 1/2 kilogram
- Boiled egg - 4
- Finely Chopped Onion - 4
- Slit Green chili - 2
- Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Coriander leaf - handful
- Chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- -- Grind to paste --- Coriander seed - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
- Clove - 3
- Poppy seed - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Cardamom - 2
 
- Salt - as needed
- Oil - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Grind ingredients under the section "-- Grind to paste --" into a thick fine paste by adding little water as possible.
- Heat little oil in a pan. Add the shrimp, salt as needed, turmeric powder. Sauté the shrimp until the water is evaporated and keep it aside.
- In the same pan add more oil as needed. Add onion, green chili and sauté until the onion turns translucent (golden brown).
- Now add ginger and garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell is gone.
- Now add the shrimp and sauté for few minutes.
- Now add chili powder, salt as needed, little water. Place the lid and cook until oil starts to separate. NOTE: time to time you have to stir or curry will get burnt.
- Now add the ground paste, boiled egg and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
