INGREDIENTS:
- Mint leaf - From 1 bunch
- Chopped Capsicum - 1
- Chopped Onion - 1
- Chopped Tomato - 1
- Garlic clove - 4 count
- Dry chili - 3
- Tamarind - little
- Mustard seed, split black gram - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Shredded Coconut - 1/4 cup or as needed
- Oil - as needed
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- In a pan heat oil. add black gram, green chili and sauté.
- Now add onion, tomato, garlic and sauté.
- Now add chopped capsicum and sauté.
- Now add mint leaves, salt and sauté.
- Now add tamarind and cook this to room temperature and grind this along with coconut to a thick paste. (to chutney consistency).
- In a pan heat oil add mustard seeds, curry leaves. once the mustard seeds stop splattering add to chutney mix well and serve.
