INGREDIENTS:
- Shredded Coconut - 1 cup
- Roasted Split chick peas (pottu kadalai) - 1/2 cup
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Hot dry chili - 3
- Hot green chili - 3
- Curry leaves (optional) - 10
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 2 tablespoon (tbsp)
- Mustard seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
PREPARATION:
- Grind coconut, roasted split chick peas, ginger, hot dry chili, hot green chili, 6 curry leaves, salt to a find paste.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed, left curry leaves. Once the mustard seed splatter add this to the ground paste.
- Mix well and serve.
