Quick and easy spicy Chettinad chili chutney for dosai, idly.

INGREDIENTS:
- Dry Chili - 10
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Tamarind - a gooseberry size
- Sesame oil - 1 small ladle or 1/4 cup.
- Mustard seed - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Curry leaf - 10 count
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Grind dry chili, garlic, tamarind, salt to fine thick paste by adding little water as possible.
- In pan heat oil. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves. Once they stop spattering add the chutney mix well. Cook this for a minute and serve or until oil starts to separate.
NOTES:
- Preparation time: 5 Minutes, Cooking Time: 5 Minutes, Total time: 10 minute
