INGREDIENTS:
- Chopped carrot - 2
- Garlic clove - 5 count
- Dry chili - 3
- Chopped onion - 2
- Ginger - small piece
- Coriander leaf - little
- Oil - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- In pan heat oil. Now add garlic, dry chili, onion and sauté. once sautéed now add carrot and sauté. Once sautéed add coriander leaves, ginger and sauté.
- Cool this to room temperature and grind to thick paste and serve.
NOTES:
- You can add coconut while grinding if you like. adding coconut will spoil the chutney faster.
- You can make chutney like this with radish, cabbage.
- If you like you can tempering with mustard seeds, curry leaf.
