INGREDIENTS:

  1. Potatoes - 1/2 kilo gram
  2. Gram flour (kadalai mavu) - 1 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
  3. Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  4. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  5. Coriander leaves - 5
  6. Breadcrumbs - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  7. Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
  8. Onion (vengayam) - 100 grams
  9. Bread - 4 slices
  10. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut onion into fine pieces.
  2. Boil the potatoes and mash them.
  3. To the mashed potatoes add salt, pepper powder, chili powder, cut onions, breadcrumbs and coriander leaves and mix well.
  4. Dry fry the gram flour (kadalai mavu), add them to potatoes and mix them well.
  5. Place few scoop of potato on one side of the bread and spread them thick.
  6. Heat oil and pan toast the potato side of the bread. and serve.
