INGREDIENTS:
- Bread slice - 10
- Finely chopped onion - 1
- Tomato - 1
- Finely chopped green chili - 2
- Mint leaf - from 1/2 bunch
- Finely chopped coriander leaf - 20
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Grind tomato, ginger, garlic into a fine paste by adding as little water as possible.
- Break the break into small pieces.
- Now mix, break pieces, ground paste, onion, green chili, salt into a thick dough (vadai consistency)
- Now make vadai with this dough.
- Heat the oil in the fryer or pan.
- Now take small amount of mixed dough ( a size of lemon), flatten it make a hole in center and deep fry them and serve.
NOTES:
- Don't add water to the dough, if you add it will absorb too much oil.
