INGREDIENTS:
- Soaked Chickpea - 2 cup or 250 grams
- Finely chopped onion - 1 cup
- Finely chopped cabbage - 1/2 cup
- Finely chopped carrot - 1/2 cup
- Finely chopped Capsicum - 1/4 cup
- Coriander leaf - 1/4 cup
- Mint leaf - from 4 stem
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Fennel seed powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Corn flour - 5 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Oil - for deep fry
PREPARATION:
- Dissolve corn flour in water as a thick batter.
- Grind the soaked chickpea into a coarse dough.
- In a bowl add fennel seed powder, garam masala powder, chili powder, salt, ground chickpea, onion, cabbage, carrot, capsicum, mint leaves, coriander leaves and mix them well.
- Now make small balls or shapes you like with the dough.
- Heat oil in deep pan. Dip each balls in the corn flour batter and deep fry them to golden brown and serve.
NOTES:
- Deep fry the balls in batches and serve.
