INGREDIENTS:
- Tomato - 1/2 kilogram
- Coriander powder - 3 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Garlic - 20 cloves
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Curry leaf - 8
- Sesame oil - 3/4 cup
- Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
PREPARATION:
- Crush the garlic, ginger and keep it side.
- In pan add the tomatoes. Add water to the tomatoes until they submerge and cook for 3 minutes. Once the tomatoes skin wrinkles remove tomatoes from the boiling water. Now skin the tomatoes and grind them into a paste.
- In a pan heat oil and add ginger, garlic and sauté until raw smell is gone.
- Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chili powder, salt and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Now add the tomato paste and mix well.
- Now place a lid and cook this for 15 minutes (until the oil separates).
- Now add the curry leaves after 30 second remove from heat (stove) and serve.
NOTES:
- Does not go bad for a week.
