INGREDIENTS:
- Corn idli batter - 1 cup
- Salt - as needed
- Oil - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- -- To Grind to Paste --
- Tomato - 1
- Dry chili - 2
- Cumin seed - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Onion - 1/2
PREPARATION:
- Grind ingredients under the section "-- To Grind to Paste --" to a fine past by adding little water as possible. Add this to the corn idli batter and mix well.
- Heat the kuzhi paniyaram pan with oil in the kuzhi. Pour the batter into the kuzhi.
- Remove them and serve when they are well done.
