INGREDIENTS:
- Soybean sprout - 1 cup
- Finely chopped garlic - 2 cloves
- Finely chopped spring onion - 1/2
- Water - 2 1/2 cup
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Add all the ingredients into a pan. Simmer and bring to boil. Boil until the sprouts, garlic, spring onion are cooked well and reduce the liquid to say about 1 1/2 cup.
- Remove from heat (stove).
- Put the soup in a bowl and serve NOTE: sprinkle some sesame oil, roasted sesame seed powder on top, just before serving if you like
