INGREDIENTS:
- Quail (kadai) - 2
- Finely sliced onion - 1
- Finely chopped tomato - 2
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Curry masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Finely chopped green chili - 1
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Mint leaf - 10
- Oil - 1/4 cup
- Salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
- Heat oil in pan; add onion and until it turns golden brown.
- Now add tomato, green chili, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric powder, curry masala powder and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Now add the quail, mint leaves and mix well until the quail meat is coated well.
- Add 3 tablespoon (tbsp.) water, salt to taste.
- Cover and cook until the quail is cooked well by stirring from time to time. (should take around 15 minutes) and serve.
