INGREDIENTS:
- Kadai (Quail) - 5
- Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tablespoon (tbsp)
- Hot red chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
- Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Yogurt - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
- Lemon Juice or Vinegar - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Salt - to taste.
- Oil - to deep fry them. (peanut oil is tasty)
PREPARATION:
- Mix all the ingredients except oil, rub and mix the kadai (Quial) until its coated well.
- Marinate the Quail for 30 min to 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a deep pan (350 degree Fahrenheit) .
- Deep fry the kadai (quial) until they turn golden brown and serve.
NOTES:
- Keep the oil at all times 350 F for good result. You can buy oil thermometer to monitor the heat.
