INGREDIENTS:
- Idli - 6
- Fresh coconut pieces - 2 big
- Cardamom - 2
- Sugar - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Ghee - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
PREPARATION:
- Grind coconut, cardamom in mixer coarsely.
- In a mixer add the idli with the pulse mode grind 2 to 3 times. Heat the coarse idli in microwave for a minute.
- In a bowl add idli, ghee, coconut, sugar and mix well then serve.
NOTES:
- You can use shredded coconut instead of coconut pieces.
- Cooking Time: 5 minutes
