INGREDIENTS:
- Cooked Rice - 1/2 cup
- Milk - 4 cup
- Raisin - 5
- Roasted cashew in ghee - 15
- Sugar - 3/4 cup or to your sweet preference
- Crushed cardamom - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chopped almond - 1/4 cup
PREPARATION:
- In a pan add cooked rice, milk. Simmer, stir and cook this for 20 minutes or until they become thick like a cream. NOTE: crush the rice time to time so become mushy. Stir so that the keer does not stick to pan.
- Remove this from stove, add raisins, cashew, cardamom, almond mix well.
- Serve this cold or hot.
