INGREDIENTS:
- Maida flour - 200 grams
- Oil - 1 ladle
- Salt - a needed
PREPARATION:
- In a bowl sift maida flour, salt. Add water as needed and make a soft dough. Divide the soft dough into equal small portion and make small round balls.
- Now press the dough balls with rolling pin into a thin round sheet (new paper thick ness). NOTE: coat the surface with little maida flour before you roll them into thin sheet.
- Roll the thin sheets into a roll (refer image below) and coat well with oil and keep it aside.
- With hand press the rolled dough's into a small flat round sheet (like small puri).
- Heat a skillet add oil as needed. Now cook the flatten round sheet until it is cooked both side and serve.
- Cook the rest of the parotta this way.
