INGREDIENTS:
- Noodle - 1 packet
- Dry chili - 5
- Green chili - 1
- Finely chopped cabbage - 1 1/2 cup
- Finely chopped carrot - 1/2 cup
- Finely chopped green beans - 1/2 cup
- Green peas - 1/2 cup
- Ajinomoto - a pinch
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Cook noodles with 7 cups of water. Drain all the water. Squeeze a 1/2 lemon on the noodles. Mix well and keep it aside.
- Grind dry chili, green chili into a fine paste by adding little water as possible.
- In a pan heat oil. Now add the ground paste and cook until oil separates.
- Now add cabbage, carrots, green beans, peas and cook until they are sautéed .
- Now add salt and ajinomoto (MSG) and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Now add the cooked noodles and cook until oil separates and serve. NOTE: trick is to fry the noodles for good taste.
NOTES:
- Cook in high heat for good result.
- You can garnish with spring onion and serve.
