INGREDIENTS:
- Potato - 500 grams
- Corn flour - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Black pepper powder - as needed
- Salt - a needed
- -- For stuffing --
- Ground meat - 250 gram
- Onion - 1
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Dry chili - 3
- Bay leaf - 2
- Chopped coriander leaf - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Chopped capsicum - 1
- Egg - 2
- Water - 1 1/2 cup
- Bread crumb - as needed
- Oil - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Cook the potatoes and remove the skin. Add corn flour, salt, black pepper powder and mash the potato well until all the ingredients mixed well.
- Grind onion, garlic, ginger, dry chili into a fine thick paste.
- In a pan heat oil. Now add the ground masala paste, sprinkle little water and sauté until oil separates.
- Now the ground meat, salt, bay leaves, water if needed and cook the meat until oil separates. Now remove the bay leaves.
- Now add coriander leaves, capsicum and sauté for few seconds remove from heat and cool this down to room temperature.
- Break the egg in a bowl, add little milk and beat well.
- Making the meat balls:
- Make equal size balls with the mashed potato. Press the balls to round thick sheet by hand. Place some cooked meat and make a round balls. Make sure the meat is covered by mashed potato.
- Dip the meat balls in egg wash, bread crumbs and deep fry the stuffed balls to golden brown and serve.
