INGREDIENTS:
- Mutton (goat or lamb) meat - 1/4 kilo gram (without bones)
- Gram flour - 3 teaspoon (tsp)
- Coriander powder - 3 teaspoon (tsp)
- Hot chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
- Fennel seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Hot green chili - 3
- Onion - 200 grams
- Tomatoes - 100 grams
- Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Curry leaves (optional) - 5
- Oil - 2 tablespoon (tbsp)
- salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
- Cut onion, tomatoes, hot green chili into small pieces.
- Cook the mutton until is 3/4 cooked. (make sure you don't add too much water)
- Heat oil in a pan add curry leaves, Fennel seed, onion and cook until the onion turns golden brown.
- Now add the ginger garlic paste and cook until the raw smell is gone. Now add the tomatoes and cook until the oil separates.
- Now add the coriander powder, cut green chili and cook for 2-3 min. (add little water if needed).
- Now add the 3/4 cooked meat and cook until it mix well. Now add the gram flour and cook until the meat is fried well.
