INGREDIENTS:
- (goat or lamb) Liver - 1/4 kilo gram
- Onion - 2 big
- Tomatoes - 2 big
- Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Oil - 2 table spoon
- Hot chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp)
- Coriander powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp)
- Salt - to taste
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp)
- Hot green chili - 1
- Vinegar - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
PREPARATION:
- Cut onion, tomato (1 count), hot green chili into small pieces. Puree the tomato (1 count)
- Cut the liver into small pieces by removing the top skin layer. add salt, vinegar to liver marinate for 2 min then wash with water. Drain the water and liver should be dry.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and ginger paste and cook for 2-3 min. Now add cut onions, hot green chili until the onion turn golden brown.
- Now add the cut tomatoes and cook until oil separates. Now add the cut liver and cook for 1 min.
- Now add the hot chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and cover and cook for 2 min in low heat.
- Now add the puree tomato and oil if needed and cook until the liver is done and the gray is thick. ( might want to increase the heat to medium)
