INGREDIENTS:

  1. (goat or lamb) Liver - 1/4 kilo gram
  2. Onion - 2 big
  3. Tomatoes - 2 big
  4. Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  5. Oil - 2 table spoon
  6. Hot chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
  7. Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp)
  8. Coriander powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp)
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Garam masala powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp)
  11. Hot green chili - 1
  12. Vinegar - 2 teaspoon (tsp)

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut onion, tomato (1 count), hot green chili into small pieces. Puree the tomato (1 count)
  2. Cut the liver into small pieces by removing the top skin layer. add salt, vinegar to liver marinate for 2 min then wash with water. Drain the water and liver should be dry.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and ginger paste and cook for 2-3 min. Now add cut onions, hot green chili until the onion turn golden brown.
  4. Now add the cut tomatoes and cook until oil separates. Now add the cut liver and cook for 1 min.
  5. Now add the hot chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and cover and cook for 2 min in low heat.
  6. Now add the puree tomato and oil if needed and cook until the liver is done and the gray is thick. ( might want to increase the heat to medium)
