INGREDIENTS:
- Mutton (goat or lamb) meat - 1/4 kilogram (no bones)
- Onion - 3
- Tomatoes - 1
- Hot green chili - 2
- Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
- Cardamom - 2
- Hot chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
- Oil - 9 teaspoon (tsp)
- Coriander leaves - 10
- Salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
- Clean and cut the mutton into one inch cubes.
- Cut onions into vertical slices.
- Cut tomatoes, hot green chili into fine pieces.
- In a pressure cooker add cut mutton, ginger paste, garlic paste chili powder, coriander leaves, salt and 3/4 cup of water and pressure cook for 10 whistle. ( you can cook the meat well done in a pan the same way if you don’t have pressure cooker)
- In a pan heat oil, add cinnamon stick and cardamom and cook for 2 min.
- Now add the cooked mutton, simmer and cook until oil separates and serve.
