INGREDIENTS:
- Mutton (goat or lamb) blood - 1
- Shallots - 30 small
- Hot green chili - 6
- Mustard seed - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
- Split black gram dal - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
- Cumin seed - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
- Oil - 1/4 cup
PREPARATION:
- Cut the hot green chili and onions into fine pieces.
- Heat the oil in a pan add mustard seed, Split black gram, cumin cook until mustard splatter.
- Now add the cut onion and cook until it turns golden brown. Now add the hot green chili and cook for 2-3 min.
- Now add the mutton blood, mix and cooking until its done. (all the water is gone and oil separates )
