INGREDIENTS:
- Mutton (goat or lamb) boneless - 500 grams
- Onion - 3
- Tomatoes - 1
- Hot green chili - 2
- Fresh ginger, garlic paste - 3 tablespoon (tbsp)
- Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
- Cardamom - 2
- Hot chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
- Oil - 1/4 cup
- Coriander leaves - 5
- Salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
- Cut mutton into 1 inch cubes.
- Cut onions, tomatoes, green chili into small pieces.
- In a pressure cooker add the mutton, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, coriander leaves, 3/4 cup of water.
- Pressure cook for 1 white, reduce the heat and pressure cook for 10 min more.
- At the of pressure cooking if water is left simmer and cook most of the water evaporates.
- In kadai (pan) heat up oil add cinnamon stick, cardamom and cook for 30 sec or so.
- Now add the cooked mutton, simmer and cook until oil separates and serve.
