INGREDIENTS:
- Minced or ground meat - 250 gram.
- Finely chopped Onion - 4 to 6
- Finely chopped Ginger - 1 inch piece
- Green Pea - 250 gram
- Potato - 3 to 4
- \Chopped Tomato - 2 big or 8 Small
- Chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chopped Clove - 4 to 5
- Fenugreek leaves - from 3 bunch
- Finely chopped coriander leaves - from 1 bunch
- Ghee or Dalda - as needed
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- In a pan heat 3 tablespoon (tbsp.) of ghee or dalda in a pressure cooker add clove, ginger, garlic and sauté until the raw smell is gone.
- Now add onion and sauté until they become translucent (golden brown)
- Now add salt, tomato and sauté until they become mushy and oil starts to separates.
- Now add half of coriander leaves, fenugreek leaves and sauté well.
- Now add chili powder, coriander powder. Sprinkle little water and sauté.
- Now add potato, green pea, 2 tumbler of water and cook. Cook this until the potato and peas are cooked. Once the right thickness is reached remove feom heat and serve.
