INGREDIENTS:
- Minced or ground meat- 300 gram
- Potato - 4
- Cauliflower - 2
- Tomato - 6
- Onion - 6
- Chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Garlic - 8 clove
- Yogurt or Curd - 1 cup
- Cinnamon stick - a small piece
- Cardamom - 2
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Clove - 6
- Ginger - 1/2 inch size
- Ghee or Dalda - 100 gram.
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Grind ginger, garlic to a fine thick paste.
- Soak tomato in boiling water for few minutes and remove the skin and chop into pieces.
- Chop onion, cauliflower, potato into small pieces.
- In a pressure cooker heat ghee or dalda add cinnamon stick, cardamom, clove and sauté until the aroma is released.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and sauté until raw smell is gone.
- Now add the chopped onion and sauté until they become translucent.
- Now add tomato and sauté until oil separates.
- Now add chili powder, garam masala powder, salt, yogurt or curd and cook until oil separates.
- Now add minced or ground meat, little water and cook for 2 whistle. Once the pressure subsides add the potato, Cauliflower and cook until the potato and cauliflower is cooked well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and keep it aside.
NOTES:
- Serve this with chapatti, puri, coconut rice.
