INGREDIENTS:
- Lamb or goat brain - 1
- Curry masala powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Egg - 1
- Finely chopped green chili - 1
- Finely chopped onion - 1
- Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Oil - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
PREPARATION:
- Soak the brain for 3 minutes in a boiled water.
- Now remove the brain from the boiled water. Now remove the membrane and wash the brain well and keep it aside.
- In a bowl break the egg. Now add brain onion, curry masala powder, turmeric powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chili, salt and beat well to a batter.
- Heat the flat iron skillet or non-stick tawa pan with coat of oil.
- Pour a small ladle of batter in the center, spread with the back of the ladle to a thick round flat shape.
- Once bottom side is cooked, flip over and cook until the adai dosai is cooked on the other side. Remove and serve
NOTES:
- Should take 3 minutes to cook each side.
