INGREDIENTS:
- Ground or chopped mutton (lamb or goat) meat - 1/4 kilo gram
- Hot chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp)
- Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp)
- Salt - to taste
- Potatoes - 4 medium size
- Carrot - 1 small
- Hot green chili - 2
- Onion - 3 medium
- Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
- Bread crumbs - as needed.
- Egg - 2
- Oil - to fry
PREPARATION:
- Mix the ground (chopped mutton) with hot chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt and kept it aside.
- Boil the potato, carrot and mash them together.
- Wash and cut the coriander leaves into small piece. do the same for onion and hot green chili.
- Now add the mash, cut coriander leaves, onion, green chili to the ground mutton and mix well. Make many small ball out of this mixture.
- In a bowl mix the two eggs. In another bowl place some bread crumbs. Dip the mutton balls in the egg mixture and then roll in the crumbs. Keep in the refrigerated for 1/2 hour.
- Now deep fry the mutton balls and serve.
