INGREDIENTS:
- Ground meat - 200 grams
- Capsicum - 6
- Chopped Onion - 1
- Cooked rice - 1 cup
- Milk or tomato puree - 1/2 cup
- Unsalted butter - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Chopped Carrot - 1
- Chopped Potato - 1
- Chopped Green bean - 100 grams
- Chopped Celery stem - 1
- Cheese cube - 1
- Bread crumb - as needed
- Black pepper powder - as needed
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Remove the stem from the bottom of the capsicum and remove all the seeds from the hole. Cook the capsicum until half cooked by adding water.
- Cook carrot, green bean, potato, salt to taste.
- Melt the butter in a pan. Add ground meat, onion and sauté until meat become golden brown. Now add the capsicum cooked water (1 cup) and cook until all the water evaporated.
- Now add the cooked vegetables, celery, milk or tomato puree, cooked rice to meat. Cook the meat until all the water evaporated and meat becomes dry.
- Now stuff all the half cooked capsicum with the meat. Now stack them in a baking pan. Sprinkle the stuffed capsicum with shredded cheese, bread crumbs and bake this in pre-heated (350 degree Fahrenheit) oven for 20 minutes and serve.
