INGREDIENTS:
- Lamb or Goat chops - 1/2 kilogram
- Oil - 4 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Finely chopped Onion - 1
- Finely chopped Tomato - 1
- Tomato paste - from 1
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Finely chopped green chili - 2
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Coriander leaf - 10
- Salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
- Heat 3 tablespoon (tbsp.) of oil in a pan. Now add the onion and cook until it turns golden brown.
- Now add the goat or lamb chops, salt to taste cook for 2 min. Add 1/4 cup of water simmer and cook until the meat is done. NOTE: you can use pressure cooker as well.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 2 minutes. Now add the cut tomatoes, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, 1/2 cup of water and bring to boil.
- Now add the pureed tomato, coriander leaf, garam masala powder. Cook for 1 - 2 min and serve.
NOTES:
- Goes well with paratha.
