INGREDIENTS:
- Goat or lamb liver - 1/4 kilo gram
- Onion - 1
- Tomatoes - 2
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
- Hot chili powder - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tablespoon (tbsp)
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 table spoon (tbsp)
- Hot green chili - 1
- Oil - 3 tablespoon
- Vinegar - 2 tablespoon (optional)
- Salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
- Cut onions, tomatoes, green chili into fine pieces. Cut liver into 1 inch cubes.
- Marinate live with Vinegar and salt
- Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste cook until color changes, now add the cut onion, green chili and cook until the onion turns golden brown.
- Now add the tomatoes and cook until oil separates.
- Now add the marinated liver, mix and cook for 5 min.
- Now add the chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and cook for 2-3 min.
- Add water if need, simmer and cook until the liver is cooked well (20 min or so). and serve
