INGREDIENTS:
- Ragi flour - 2 cup
- Gram flour - 1 cup
- Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chili powder - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Dalda - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Oil - 1 cup
PREPARATION:
- Melt dalda.
- Mix ragi flour, gram flour, garlic paste, chili powder, salt, dalda in to a murukku dough by adding water as needed.
- Heat oil in a deep pan. Make murukku with murukku press (refer below) and deep fry them.
