INGREDIENTS:

  1. Milk - 1/2 liter
  2. Sugar - 150 grams
  3. Ripe banana - 1
  4. Small Pomegranate - 1
  5. Roasted pea nut - 1/4 cup
  6. Ice cubes - 1/2 cup

PREPARATION:

  1. Boil the milk and cool the milk down to room temperature.
  2. Grind the pea nut coarsely after removing the skin.
  3. Remove the aril (seed with flesh) form the pomegranate.
  4. In a blender grind  the pomegranate aril, banana.
  5. Now add the peanut and beat well.
  6. Now add ice cubes and beat well then serve.

NOTES:

  1. You can grind all the ingredient to a shake then add peanut and serve.
