INGREDIENTS:
- Ripe papaya - 1
- Milk - 1/2 liter
- Sugar - 150 grams or as needed
- Ice cubes - as needed.
PREPARATION:
- Remove the skin and seed of papaya.
- In a blender (mixi) add the papaya, milk, sugar , ice cubes and blend them to a smoothie and serve.
