INGREDIENTS:

  1. Ripe papaya - 1
  2. Milk - 1/2 liter
  3. Sugar - 150 grams or as needed
  4. Ice cubes - as needed.

PREPARATION:

  1. Remove the skin and seed of papaya.
  2. In a blender (mixi) add the papaya, milk, sugar , ice cubes and blend them to a smoothie and serve.
