Cook almond in boiling water. Drain water and remove the skin. i.e. blanch the almond. Chop 1/2 the blanched almonds into pieces.
Grind non chopped almond, pistachio, sugar, roasted peanut, honey, water as needed and grind to a very coarse paste. NOTE: this mixture should be very thick as possible. Add this mixture, saffron to milk and mix well.
Now sprinkle the chopped almond over the milk and serve
