INGREDIENTS:
- Sliced Ripe banana- 1
- Sugar - 3 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Butter - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Ice cream - as needed and any kind.
- Jelly - 6 pieces.
PREPARATION:
- In a pan melt the butter, once melted add the banana slices and gently roast them to golden brown and transfer them to plate. In the same pan add sugar and stir until they melt and turn thick brown, amber-color and the butter separates. NOTE: Make sure you don't burn adjust heat and stir continuously. Now add the caramel on top of the roasted banana slices can coat well.
- To serve. In a long glass. add 2 banana slices, no add 2 pieces of jelly, add small scoop of ice cream. Make another lay of banana slice, jelly, small scoop of ice cream and serve.
NOTES:
- You can buy caramel from store and use as well.
