INGREDIENTS:

  1. Nentiram palam (no skin) - 3 (Thickly Sliced)
  2. Sugar - 250 grams
  3. Crushed cardamom - 2
  4. Saffron - little
  5. Ghee - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. In a pan add sugar, water as needed and make thick syrup (like you do for laddu). Now add cardamom, saffron to this and mix well.
  2. In a pan melt ghee. add the sliced Nentiram palam (banana) and roast them until they become golden brown. Now add this to sugar syrup. Soak well and serve.

NOTES:

  1. If Nentiram palam (banana) is sweet adjust the sugar.
