INGREDIENTS:
- Idli(idly) - 5
- Milagai Podi or idli podi – 1 and 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
- Sesame Oil - 1/4 cup
- Salt - for taste
PREPARATION:
- Cut the Idli(Idly) in to thin slices say 1 inch thick.
- Heat the oil and fry these pieces until it becomes golden brown, don't stir too hard or you will break it into pieces.
NOTES:
- Usually this recipe is done with left over idli(Idly)
- Preparation Time: 5-10 min assuming that you have idli(Idly) ready.
